How important is LEGAL WRITING?

Legal writing is technical writing used by lawyers, judges, legislators, and others in law profession to express analysis, rights, and duties. In law practice it is used to present proposition, impeach statement, express resolution or persuade a court authority. A law dean exclaimed that he was not really able to make good at this when he was in law school long time ago. And so he chose to teach this subject in one semester for him to finally get it. He humbled and said, "the best way to really learn something is to teach it. After a while he said concluding, "legal writing is only re-writing, nothing more nothing less".
