The functions of language are far more needed in the law profession. A lawyer argues using the basic components such as his propositions and conclusions, and so behind all of it, lies the main purpose of him- to communicate, to express, and to assert what is the case.
If knowing the functions of language is peculiar to him, he should not be in his place at all. Sometimes, knowing the basics and going back to it is the least critical undertaking he could do as he continues to aspire to be an effective and highly respected agent of the law.
